ZenGrip 2 Hardshell Covers have officially arrived at our fulfillment centers and begin shipping to customers starting Monday, July 20!

We're happy to report that every shipment successfully cleared customs and has arrived at both our West Coast and East Coast fulfillment centers.
Fulfillment teams are preparing orders now, and while some shipments may begin moving out before then, we're officially targeting Monday, July 20 as the start of fulfillment.
As always, orders will ship in the order they were received, with the oldest pre-orders going out first.
Even better—we have received enough inventory to fulfill every existing pre-order, with additional stock available afterward for customers purchasing the Hardshell.

This has undoubtedly been a long pre-order window.
Along the way, we made the difficult decision to revise tooling, improve manufacturing tolerances, and even correct the orientation of the internal game card storage before production was finalized. Those changes delayed delivery, but they also ensured we could ship a product that meets the quality standards we expect from Satisfye.

One of the highlights of the summer was meeting so many of you at EVO 2026.
From first-time customers to longtime Satisfye supporters, it was incredible seeing so many people stop by the booth to experience our products in person. Watching players pick up Glyph for the first time—or finally get their hands on a ZenGrip 2—reminded us why we love attending these events.

We'll be heading to CEO 2026 in Orlando, Florida, August 14–16, where we'll once again be bringing Glyph directly to the fighting game community. Additionally, we will also be selling ZenGrip 2 at our booth for the first time this year!
It will also be our final in-person event of 2026, making it your last opportunity this year to purchase directly from us at a major event, try Glyph in person, and meet the Satisfye team.
