Neverever without that thingy. Nice work guys. It's worth every cent, that I spend on it. Keep it up.
the best investment / accessory for your switch! there should be no other! if you're hesitant - let this review settle your mind, you will thank me. this is the best grip for the switch. if you don't have a switch, follow me on instagram (@raffles_by_bert) for a chance to win a nintendo switch so you can buy this awesome grip and see for yourself
The grip feels really great! Can't play hand-held without it. My only gripe with it is that when i go to dock it and have to take it out, the sides kind of slide on the joy cons since its snug in the grip. I'm sure after using it for a while you'll see some wear and tear on the edges of the joy cons
Having owned the original Pro Gaming Grip, I fully stand behind these products. The new SwitchGrip Pro is a great addition to the line and offers the right grip angle for playing in handheld as before. I like the new rounded edges and more rubber contact it has with the Switch. One thing to note, I did notice that the right-hand grip is a tad slimmer than the Pro Gaming Grip, which caused my right hand to feel slightly constricted and less organic. So for those with medium to large size hands, I would recommend getting the Pro Gaming Grip over this one. That being said, I still think it deserves 5/5 stars. This is a well-made product and will continue to support this company!
Wow. I heard the reviews, but even when I first put it in my own hands, I didn't believe that this was as great an accessory as it ended up being. I initially bought this product because of the good word of mouth it was getting, but the pain from the awkward angle the Switch puts your hands in while using it on the go made me watch the tracking info with bated breath. When I first slipped the Switch into the grip, I thought "wow, this seems a bit cheap." But then I realized how smoothly it had gone in, how subtly but strongly it wrapped around the edges of the joycons, and that glorious touch of rubber on the grips. That was when I got excited, and after a brief adjustment period, I was hooked. The angle this puts your hands in is on par with first-party controller design. It actually felt a little strange going back to the Pro Controller when I docked my Switch, that's how awesome the Grip Pro feels. I now prefer to play in hand-held mode because of it, in fact. Games like Dark Souls, which people said I would need the Pro Controller to be played properly, are just as easy to pull off due to the placement of your fingers the Grip puts your hands in. I would say that this is a must-have for anyone who plays their Switch on the go. Get the Pro Bundle, in fact, so that you have a carrying case that accommodates the grip and can hold a charger, extra joycons, and games as well. My only gripe would be with the thumb pads, which are bulky enough that they actually stop the joystick from reaching full tilt, so any game with a range of motion speeds linked to how far tilted the joystick is will require a distracting level of force to get the most out of it. I'm not knocking a star off for the Thumb Pads because that always seemed like a nice bonus rather than an integral part of the experience, but it is worth noting that you should test how well your joysticks move with them on before getting into any intense situations.
The title says it all, it's so much better to use the handheld mode while the grips are on. Thanks for the godlike product.
Love the grip, great for big hands and just general holding for long play times!
The item itself is great. If youre looking to buy one get the bundle instead of just the grip. For some reason if you buy the grip alone you cant go back and buy a case that will fit it unless you get the bundle. Why have an item exclusive only to a bundle if people are willing to pay more money later.
I have been an avid user of ergonomic supports for portables since the release of the 3DS. When I had eventually bought my switch I knew it was time to research and find a quality product to extend the longevity of my hands. With other store bought handheld accessories there is nothing in comparison to the Satisfye gaming grip; on accounts of the material and style used, the silicon "lock", and the first hand length with the unit Ive used myself (Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate 1500+ hours, and soon to come Super Smash Bros Ultimate). The grip gives you the chance to make up for possible strains from long term gaming, coupled with correct hand stretches and you'll be thanking yourself later. With the cost of this product being a low 23.00$ USD; The grip will pay for itself with just a few cents per day. Match this with a quality serviced provided by Satisfy and you've got yourself a long term partner in your casual or competitive gaming career.
I didn’t receive it yet.
I used to have to do shake out my hands from sheer discomfort after an hour or so of playing. The lack of anything for my pinky and ring finger to grip onto was maddening. Now those days are no more and I couldn’t be more Satisfyed!
I had a few other grips in the past and I ended up buying it because of the YouTube’s I watch recommend it so I bought it and have it a chance and it has been the best grip I have purchased definitely worth the money now I might buy the carrying case!
Last year, I backed this grip on Indiegogo. I received it in early November 2018, and I haven't been without it since. Once you get your hands on one, you'll wonder how you ever played a Switch game in handheld mode without it. This is THE go-to grip for Switch owners. One thing to note: This grip is very sturdy, so your Switch can't go in any sort of way. This grip, or at least mine, scuffed the back housing of my switch. Before you reconsider buying, these scuffs are only noticeable in the right light. It doesn't leave any serious scratches you can feel, tear the housing and printed text apart, or anything of the sort. If you don't mind super minor damage, it's nothing to worry about. Whether or not the following influences you, I couldn't be happier with Satisfye's Pro Gaming Grip
