We have confirmed that has arrived at port One unexpected turn is that the shipment is stuck in Customs. We are not exactly sure when it will be released, but typically this takes a few days, sometimes weeks, and very rarely over a month. We will keep updating customers here and on our Discord. Comprehensive Updates
TL;DR - So when will ZenGrip 2 begin transit to customers? We are now talking in terms of days. We know every day that passes is going to be painful but please hold tight, we are ALMOST there! We have prepared our fulfillment center for receiving and processing thousands of orders a day and to be shipped out in the order they were received.
We have no update yet on if we will fulfill east coast orders via the California warehouse or allow them to flow to our more local centers before last mile delivery occurs.
Batch 1
No changes to who will be included in this batch
This Batch is currently at Port and stuck in Customs
Arrived at Port: August 20
Arrives at Fulfillment Center: August 30 (Our Hopeful Estimate)
Ships to Customers: Starting August 31
Batch 2
Every pre-order to date is still in this batch as we increased its size and delayed it by a week to get more containers out at the same time.
Departs China: August 25
Arrives at Port: September 8
Arrives at Fulfillment Center: September 12
Ships to Customers: Starting September 15
We expect to stay in stock after Batch 2 on everything except the Slim Bundle in Black. (In stock demand surge could throw this off though).
We should remain in stock at Batch 3.
